ICC Approval & Construction Accelerator
The Approval & Construction Accelerator is an initiative of the International Code Council to support potential homebuyers and jurisdictions in accelerating the delivery of housing. The portal leverages the expertise of ICC-NTA in approving state-level plans for off-site construction and a network of manufacturers that can work with homebuyers to bring projects to fruition.
The Approval & Construction Accelerator is currently being piloted in California with Fading West and participating providers as Founding Participants. Expansion to other states is anticipated upon completion of the pilot.
